1 General Terms

This document serves as a legal agreement between 11crickex and its users. By accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of these terms.

The user bears full responsibility for their account password and login credentials. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited, and 11crickex will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from such activity.

3 Age and Eligibility

All services on 11crickex are for persons aged 21 or older only. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to register an account or use the services.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

The 11crickex welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Specific conditions must be met to receive the bonus.

5.1 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the balance ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus funds, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have separate terms, which will be stated in the offer description.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be fulfilled first.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per account.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.

5.3 Changes to Promotional Offers

11crickex reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Any ongoing offer may be changed without prior notice.

6 Betting and Gaming Terms

11crickex offers sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and various other gaming services. Each game category has its own specific rules.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed (except in specific cases).
• If incorrect odds are offered due to a technical error, 11crickex reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount for that event will be refunded.
• For live betting, odds may change based on real-time data.

6.2 Match Fixing and Manipulation

Placing bets with the intent to influence or manipulate the outcome of any match is strictly prohibited. If involvement in such activity is established, the account will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game has its own rules. It is recommended to review the game rules and RTP information before starting to play. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical fault, the game provider's decision on the wager for that round is final.

9 Limitation of Liability

11crickex provides services on an "as is" basis. 11crickex accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss due to internet disconnection or technical faults
• Delays due to issues with third-party payment gateways
• Account problems caused by the user's own negligence
• Legal restrictions on using the service from the user's location
• Service disruption due to unavoidable causes (natural disasters, government orders)

9.1 Maximum Liability

In any circumstances, 11crickex's maximum liability will be limited to the current balance in that user's account.

10 Changes and Amendments

11crickex reserves the right to change these terms at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be informed via email or an in-platform notification.

10.1 Severability of Terms
